The founder (Hicham Zaraket) (https://www.instagram.com/thezaraket/) is currently based in Berlin and previously worked at Facebook for 7 years before starting The Rocket Marketing in 2018.</p><p><br></p><p>We are a boutique performance marketing agency and work very closely with our clients (our partners) and have a small and lean remote team working from across the MENA (Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan and Morocco).</p><p><br></p><p>We are now looking to double the size of our agency (from ~15 to 30) and this is one of the most strategic key roles. 🔥🔥</p><p><br></p><p><strong>ABOUT THE ROLE</strong></p><p><br></p><p>We have taken many of our clients (partners) from zero to 7-figure and now looking to significantly scale our efforts and are looking for the right person to lead us there by writing compelling stories.</p><p><br></p><p>Are you a natural story-teller? Can you quickly capture people’s attentions and turn attention into intent and purchases? The copywriter role is crucial in our agency’s growth as we are ready to share our story with the Arab world and provide tremendous value through our social media channels.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities include writing highly converting ads for us and our clients, managing our email marketing, and writing captions for our social media and our landing pages. You will create original content that will add value to our target audience and translate into engagement, growth and brand recognition and increased reputation. </p><p><br></p><p>This role is fully remote and full time. You need to speak and write Arabic and English fluently and idiomatically. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>YOUR MISSION</strong></p><p><br></p><p>👉 Manages all content creation, revision, and retention across all social media platforms</p><p>👉 Writing, editing and proofreading engaging content in Arabic</p><p>👉 Help Develop a cross-platform content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets</p><p>👉 Manage content across all platforms, including website, email and social media.</p><p>👉 Work with designers on posts, articles and emails in a way that fits the company branding and culture</p><p>👉 Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention</p><p>👉 Audience, competitor and digital marketing research to discover any new trends and communication ways</p><p><br></p><p><strong>A LITTLE ABOUT YOU:</strong></p><p><strong></strong></p><p><br></p><p>▶️ Extensive experience with content creation (for yourself and/or a client)</p><p>▶️ Speak and write in English and Arabic fluently and idiomatically</p><p>▶️ Master the Khaleeji and Levant dialect</p><p>▶️ Work experience with a digital agency preferred</p><p>▶️ Project management tools user (Clickup preferred but not necessary)</p><p>▶️ Ability to hit the ground running with no significant direction</p><p><br></p><p><strong>WHY JOIN TRM RIGHT NOW?</strong></p><p><br></p><p>🚀 Working closely with an Ex-FB employee who has a strong network across all the big digital companies</p><p>🚀 Direct access to Facebook and TikTok and others as Marketing Partners</p><p>🚀 Working with an international team and clients who are all partners and have a close relationship with us </p><p>🚀 Opportunity to be part of a growing agency that is unique in the Arab world and expanding</p><p>🚀 Flexible / Hybrid Remote Model</p>
