<p><strong>Job Location: </strong>Relocation to KSA</p><p><strong>Job Description: </strong></p><p>Case in Point is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for Contract Management to provide technical support for contract management systems and related applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in contract management and possess strong technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p><ul><li>Provide technical support to users of contract management systems and related applications.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to contract management systems.</li><li>Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and improve contract management processes.</li><li>Collaborate with the development team to implement technical solutions and enhancements.</li><li>Conduct testing of new features and updates to ensure system functionality.</li><li>Develop user guides and provide training to end-users on the use of contract management systems and related applications.</li><li>Assist in the maintenance of contract management databases and records.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications: </strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, Information Systems, or related field.</li><li>Minimum of 10+ years of experience in technical support or software development.</li><li>Experience in contract management or procurement is preferred.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li>Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.</li><li>Detail-oriented and ability to work independently and collaboratively.</li><li>Excellent Arabic and English skills (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding)</li><li>Strong knowledge of contract planning and development processes and principles.</li></ul><p></p>
