Job Description
- Participate in the development of content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing and communication targets and ensure its alignment with corporate strategy and identity, as well as customer needs
- Analyze content marketing data to identify trends and anticipate customer needs
- Assist in performing content audits to assess how well existing content is performing and content gaps in collaboration with Content Strategist.
- Follow-up on the editorial calendar
- Assist in establishing style guides that specify the writing style and tone needed to create engaging content for each medium and market in conformance with brand identity
- Develop a solid understanding of the target audiences through online and traditional market research, as well as work on project surveys
- Collaborate with the other Marcoms teams on generation of content for collaterals, digital media, and events
- Create and publish engaging content through research and generation of content based on needs of teams, Company and trends related to our industries and scope of Giza Systems Group.
- Develop and edit content for newsletters, collaterals, presentations and reports
- Edit and proofread specialists’ content work
- Follow industry-related news and generate ideas around trending topics
- Review and update published content as needed Employ of analytics to increase user engagement tools, follows on social media and recommendation of content strategies based on metrics
- Assist in content distribution and promotion offline and online to increase traffic and engagement
- Ensure compliance with law (e.g. copyright and data protection).
- Participate in other projects and perform other tasks as assigned
- Collaborate with other teams on projects to raise Giza Systems Group profile
- Ensure latest content is available to all teams on the different communication channels of the company
- Provide sessions to other teams in the organization on content for brand identity awareness
- Foster teamwork and collaboration within the team
- Develop and maintain key relationships with different stakeholders
- Collaborate and support different teams within organization
- Drive positive culture and build positive relationships within team and stakeholders
