Job Description

We are currently seeking a Senior Content Editor to join our growing e-commerce Department. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering SEO-enhanced, well-written e-commerce content that is 100% tailored to the GCC Market.

Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling and SEO-enhanced e-commerce content tailored to the GCC Market.
  • Proofread and edit content to ensure it is free of errors and aligns with our clients’ guidelines.
  • Conduct thorough research to ensure content accuracy and relevance to our target audience.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, AI-technologies, best practices to ensure our content remain competitive.
  • Work closely with the translation team to align content with our clients’ requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Translation, Arabic Literature, or any related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience as an editor, mainly in the e-commerce industry.
  • Experience with CAT-Tools is a must.
  • Flexibility, accuracy, efficiency, experience in working with deadlines, prioritization skills, strong analytical skills and ability to multitask.
  • Arabic and English language proficiency, both written and verbal.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and keyword optimization
  • Strong computer skills, including familiarity with Articulate, PowerPoint, Excel, and online platforms.
  • Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently with minimal supervision.
