The Senior CMI Analyst uses statistical tools and analytical skills to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets. As a key contributor of data consolidation, this role expected to be the single source of data in the organization across key accounts in the MEA region . This role also involves working on a range of diverse projects spanning quantitative and qualitative techniques to share and identify useful business insights that highlights problems and opportunities in short and midterm periods.<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Analyze market trends (using data panels, retailer files or other available data sources) and monitor business performance. </li><li> Ensure maintenance of internal software systems to keep them updated all the time. </li><li> Collaborate with internal Marketing, Trade Marketing, Key Account and Commercial teams to understand business reporting requirements. </li><li> Contact regularly with distributors/retailers to improve data sharing systems. </li><li> Create monthly and weekly reports/dashboards and answer ad-hoc questions that would help internal stakeholders to make informed decisions. </li><li> Support analysis of ad-hoc projects by partnering with various agencies (i.e. Ipsos, Kantar, etc.) and provide meaningful insights that might influence business decisions and strategies in the organization. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Min 3 years of experience in the related field. </li><li> Strong quantitative and analytical skills, capacity to read and interpret data </li><li> Proficient in SAP </li><li> Proficient in building dashboards using BI tools such as Power BI, and/or Tableau or any other software. </li><li> Must understand how to acquire, store, organize, manage data to integrate multiple platforms so that data is accessible to everyone in the organization. </li><li> Good data-led story telling skills which allows you to influence the business. </li><li> Ability to think strategically, deal with complexity, work together within a team. </li><li> Consumer/shopper knowledge and developing marketing data driven stories and recommendations will be a strong advantage. </li><li> Fluency in English is a must and Arabic is a plus.</li></ul>
