<p><strong><u>The Person</u></strong></p><p>The ideal requirement is a competent professional having minimum 4-7 years of Real Estate and/or Infrastructure Advisory experience in a Big 4 and/ or equivalent global/ regional consulting firm/IPCs etc. Min qualifications required are a Postgraduate in Management in Finance/ Real Estate/ Infrastructure/MBA Finance or a Graduate (Architecture/Civil/Planning etc.) with specializations such as CFA/ CAIA, etc.</p><p><br></p><p>The individual will be responsible for wide array of projects covering Feasibility, Business Plan, Highest &amp; Best Use, Commercial Due Diligence, Bid side &amp; Procurement Advisory for PPP, Financing &amp; Debt Restructuring, Asset Valuation, Value for Money (VFM) Assessment etc. to enable development of key skills with a promising career prospect ahead.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Sector/Asset Experience:</strong> Mixed Use including Residential, Commercial, Retail, Hospitality &amp; Tourism, Education, Healthcare, Social and other Infrastructure (Power &amp; Utility, Road etc.) Warehouse etc.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>The Role : </u></strong></p><p><strong><u><span class=”ql-cursor”> </span></u>Engagement Delivery:</strong></p><ul><li>Leading the engagement end-to end from engagement execution stand-point which includes the following actions in engagement life cycle</li><li>Opportunity identification, necessary risk management and proposal development</li><li>Engagement execution: Project planning and management including delivery, budget vs actual variance, assessing execution risk etc. with successful completion and collecting client feedback on engagement</li><li>Post Delivery: Being close to client post closure of the engagement to understand the future needs as necessary</li></ul><p><strong>Knowledge Management and Thought leadership:</strong></p><ul><li>Continuous involvement in developing/updating our sector knowledge and leading/being actively involved in the periodic thought-leadership and other knowledge management activity</li><li>Mentoring the team members, exchange of feedbacks on continuous basis and enhancing the team bonding as necessary</li></ul><p><strong>Business Development:</strong></p><ul><li>Support the leadership with business development activities/initiatives on a continuous basis in a pro-active manner</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Skills &amp; Knowledge: What are we looking for</u></strong></p><ul><li>High degree of proficiency in MS Office including PPT (must), MS Word (must), Advanced Financial Modelling (must) including necessary knowledge of macros, Power BI (good to have), report writing (must) and presentation to small to mid-size group (must), readability of area program and understanding of real estate terminologies (must) etc., IFRS knowledge (good to have)</li><li>In-depth understanding of demand model development for real estate core assets, demand-supply gap assessment, market assessment including stock-supply-vacancy-pricing etc., location and site assessment, positioning, Value-for-Money (VFM), project risk assessment</li><li>In-depth knowledge of Corporate Finance including clear understanding of financial analysis, and Real Estate Asset Valuation (DCF Approach)</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u> What are we looking for</u></strong></p><ul><li>Intent of developing high-quality deliverables and continuously striving to enhance the quality through pro-actively seeking/giving feedback as necessary</li><li>Having a learning attitude and continuously striving to enhance skills and knowledge</li><li>Sense of high degree of commitment, accountability, and responsibility</li><li>In general, positive outlook, collaborative mindset, willing to walk an extra mile as necessary</li></ul>
