<p>Our client is an global consulting firm and they are looking to hire a <strong>Manager/ Senior Manager</strong> to join their team.</p><p><br></p><p><u>Responsibilities:</u></p><ul><li>MRICS advantageous. Assist with report writing, financial analysis, and proposal documents.</li><li>Maintain/update internal databases.</li><li>Conduct primary research where required.</li><li>Source and update secondary data.</li><li>Understand Middle East market dynamics and the drivers of hospitality sector growth.</li><li>Report status of Lead projects in progress.</li><li>Develop and implement recommendations, insights, storylines, and structures</li></ul><p><br></p><p><u>Requirements:</u></p><ul><li>Should be passionate about the hospitality sector with 5+ years of relevant experience.</li><li>Candidates with experience in hospitality advisory and hotel operations are preferred</li><li>Candidates are expected to have functional knowledge of the regional hospitality market</li><li>Must have very good report writing stills</li><li>Should be able to conduct hospitality valuation.</li><li>Ability to do the Investment appraisals and operational reviews.</li><li>Aware of handling Asset management related operations.</li><li>Complete understanding of Hotel P&L, Financial Projections & Development.</li><li>Skilled to develop feasibility studies with complete understanding of how to develop ROI, IRR, NPV, Payback etc.</li><li>Expert in conducting Feasibility Studies of hotel projects (part of Financial analysis)</li><li>Prepare high level of Financial modelling from scratch</li><li>Be able to write reports based on financial analysis outcomes.</li><li>Skills to Analyse Monthly, Yearly Hotel P&L and convert it into Report.</li><li>Must be able to understand and review Hotel Management Agreements.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Salary: CIRCA AED 25,000 – 30,000</p><p><br></p><p>**Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.</p>
