<p>Wipro hiring for Senior consultant role who have very good understanding of Automation framework, process and Tools</p><p>Experience Required- 5+ yrs</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Job Description -</u></strong></p><p> Plan and oversee the full testing lifecycle on each project, Govern the compliance with standardized “best practices” of software testing.</p><p>Very Good understanding of Automation framework, process and Tools</p><p>· Provide subject matter expertise to all initiatives, projects and test teams on testing discipline</p><p>· Oversee the overall delivery of test services and desired benefits and management control for program</p><p>· Prepare Dashboards, Test and Defect Reports, Metrics Report etc.</p><p>· Provide QA Governance for the Project</p><p>· Monitor Process Adherence</p><p>· Monitoring SLA, KPI Adherence</p><p>· Track actual effort and metrics for work requests, SLA Management</p><p>· Risk Management, Issue and Escalation Management</p><p>· Validating and Implementing feedback for improvement</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Skills:-</strong></p><p>· Experience in Test Consulting, Program Management.</p><p>· Understanding of Enterprise IT Architecture and frameworks</p><p>· Understanding of Test Processes, TMMI, CMMI and ITIL frameworks</p><p>· Experience in working on project management tools.</p>
