Job Description

JASARA PMC is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to join their team. As a joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, JASARA is committed to delivering performance excellence and innovative solutions to the Social Infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia. The Senior Construction Manager will be responsible for managing construction projects from conception to completion and ensuring that they meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a visible impact in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and work on some of the most complex programs in the world.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources, and provide regular updates to the project team and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are designed and executed according to specifications and requirements.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors and vendors, and ensure that all work is performed in compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Develop and implement construction methodologies to improve project efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, and mentor junior staff members.
