Al Ayuni Investment and Contracting Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Compensation &amp; Benefits Specialist to join our dynamic Human Capital Management (HCM) department. As a Senior Compensation &amp; Benefits Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing our compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop and administer compensation and benefits policies and programs</li><li>Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages</li><li>Design and implement employee recognition and reward programs</li><li>Manage the annual performance review process</li><li>Collaborate with HR team to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations</li><li>Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation and benefits matters</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits.</li></ul><p><br></p>Job Requirements: Senior Compensation &amp; Benefits Specialist<p><br></p>Al Ayuni Investment and Contracting Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Compensation &amp; Benefits Specialist to join our Human Capital Management (HCM) department. As a Senior Compensation &amp; Benefits Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing our compensation and benefits programs.<p><br></p><ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies.</li><li>Proven ability to conduct comprehensive job evaluations and salary benchmarking</li><li>Experience in managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives</li><li>Proficient in analyzing compensation data and making recommendations for salary adjustments and incentive plans</li><li>Excellent understanding of local labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field</li><li>Certification in CIPD or SHRM is highly preferred</li></ul><p><br></p>If you do not meet the above requirements, we kindly request that you refrain from applying for this position.
