<p>Job Duration: </p><p>1-3 months (part-time remote role)</p><p><br></p><p>Job Summary:</p><p>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Community Building Consultant to join our team for a 1-3 month engagement. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the crypto industry, along with a proven track record of successfully building and managing engaged communities on platforms such as Twitter, Telegram, and Discord. In this role, you will work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies to foster an active and vibrant community around our crypto project.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Develop and execute a comprehensive community building strategy, aligned with the goals and values of our crypto project.</li><li>Create and curate engaging content to drive community participation and interaction on social media platforms, particularly Twitter.</li><li>Build and manage communities on platforms such as Telegram and Discord, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.</li><li>Monitor community channels, promptly addressing questions, concerns, and feedback from community members.</li><li>Implement effective moderation and community guidelines to maintain a safe and respectful community space.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all community channels.</li><li>Plan and execute community events, AMAs (Ask Me Anything), and other activities to foster meaningful engagement.</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with influential community members, ambassadors, and advocates.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends, news, and developments, and proactively share relevant information with the community.</li><li>Analyze community metrics and provide regular reports on community growth, engagement, and sentiment.</li><li><br></li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Proven experience as a community building consultant or similar role within the crypto industry.</li><li>Deep understanding of the crypto industry, blockchain technology, and decentralized finance (DeFi) concepts.</li><li>Demonstrated success in building and managing engaged communities on social media platforms, particularly Twitter, Telegram, and Discord.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.</li><li>Strong knowledge of community management best practices, including moderation, conflict resolution, and fostering positive engagement.</li><li>Familiarity with community analytics and sentiment analysis tools to measure and report community metrics.</li><li>Passion for crypto and a genuine interest in engaging with the crypto community.</li><li>Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative strategies to drive community growth and participation.</li><li>Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Availability to work part-time remotely and flexibility to accommodate different time zones.</li></ul><p></p>
