As a senior member of our cloud infrastructure team, you will play a vital role in designing, implementing, and managing customer cloud infrastructure solutions to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security.</p><br><p><strong>Job Description &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p><br><ul><br><li>Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure solutions based on industry best practices and client requirements.</li><br><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and implement cloud-based solutions that align with business objectives.</li><br><li>Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and team members.</li><br><li>Perform cloud infrastructure assessments, develop migration strategies, and execute successful cloud migrations for clients.</li><br><li>Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure performance, availability, and cost efficiency.</li><br><li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to cloud infrastructure and services.</li><br><li>Implement and maintain security measures to protect cloud environments from potential threats.</li><br><li>Develop and maintain infrastructure documentation, including architecture diagrams, procedures, and configuration details.</li><br><li>Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies, trends, and best practices, and provide recommendations for improvement.</li><br><li>Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement automation, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code practices.</li><br></ul><br><p><strong>Required Qualifications &amp; Experience</strong></p><br><ul><br><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).</li><br><li>Minimum of 4 years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering, with a good experience in leading cloud platforms such as AWS (Amazon Web Services), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.</li><br><li>Deep expertise in architecting and deploying highly available, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure solutions.</li><br><li>Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, and VPN.</li><br><li>Strong experience in Windows &amp; Linux administration, performance monitoring and debugging.</li><br><li>Strong experience with virtualization, Microsoft Hyper-V and VMware vSphere.</li><br><li>Experience with scripting and programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.</li><br><li>Good knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).</li><br><li>Strong understanding of security best practices, including identity and access management, encryption, and compliance.</li><br><li>Experience with monitoring and logging tools to ensure performance and reliability.</li><br><li>Experience with other cloud providers and technologies beyond the required qualifications.</li><br><li>Knowledge of hybrid cloud architectures and integration patterns.</li><br><li>Experience with infrastructure cost optimization strategies.</li><br><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><br><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.</li><br></ul><br><p><strong>Desired Languages</strong></p><br><ul><br><li>Fluent in English &amp; Arabic (Speaking &amp; Writing)</li><br></ul><br><p><strong>What we offer</strong></p><br><ul><br><li>A competitive remuneration package.</li><br><li>The chance to be part of a rapidly growing team where you will be working closely with market experts.</li><br><li>A great culture with a friendly and passionate team. </li><br><li>The opportunity to learn and develop your skills &amp; expertise.</li><br></ul><br><p>We thank all applicants; however, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.
