<p><strong>Summary : </strong></p><p>Achieves IT operational objectives; establishes standards, implements systems, produces information process requirements, improves quality requirements.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>&nbsp;Support and maintain Sage HIS system</li><li>Fixing the existing bugs and work-arounds in sage HIS system and provide support to end-users.</li><li>Modify HIS to meet the critical needs of the Hospital management.</li><li>Fine tune the existing HIS for optimum performance.</li><li>Interface the Sage HIS software with HRM &amp; Finance modules, external hardware medias like specialized printers (eg: Bar-Code Printers etc.), scanners(like Emirates ID scanners etc)</li><li>Create &amp; maintain Master code setups.</li><li>Create and maintain HIS user credentials, thoroughly understand HIS system security sub-system in order to assign appropriate system access to users at different levels.</li><li>Thoroughly understand business practices and procedures in order to design develop and maintain automated work-flow processes.</li><li>Work as a systems analyst with knowledgeable persons throughout the hospital and its partners to help define user needs and develop data processing solutions.</li><li>Test and deploy new software patches and release of the application.</li><li>Train HIS end-user on HIS application.</li><li>Generation of Ad-Hoc reports as required by management &amp; staff.</li><li>Work closely with software vendor(s) to ensure compliance with hospital business requirements and also follow other assigned duties.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Mandatory Basic Technical Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor of Engineering in computer science</li><li>Working knowledge of HIS Module implementation&nbsp;(preferably SAGE HIS but not mandatory)</li><li>Working knowledge of .Net (ASP.NET, C Sharp)</li><li>Experience working on SQL and other databases MS SQL (DML &amp; Admin)</li><li>Online/ Web integration with HIS</li><li>Crystal reports</li></ul>
