Job Description

• Role is for a manufacturing company into building materials.
• Maintain inventory of laboratory equipment and perform calibration.
• Keep track of chemicals, spare equipment, consumables and reagents.
• Fulfill chemical analysis of raw materials and some intermediates like gypsum, cement, limestone, silica sand, feldspar and so on.
• Assist quality control management to achieve quality parameters that are targeted.
• Make use of SAP-QM.
• Assist with development of policies, procedures and work instructions especially in the laboratory.
• Create and test samples.
• Document the laboratory processes.
• Implement technologies to improve the testing procedures.
• Maintain laboratory records and prepare reports regarding quality of products and certifications.
• Utilize equipment like flame photometer, pH meter, XRF and the like.
