<p><strong>Job Scope</strong></p><p><br></p><p>The Senior Compensation &amp; Benefits Specialist is responsible to monitor the monthly payroll and payment cycles, in alignment with the C&amp;B practices and programs. Ensure abidance by all ABC policies and procedures and maintain alignment with the organization’s overall strategic objectives and HR vision.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Activities and Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Execute the payroll process including end of month reports and issue the JDE cycles</li><li>Handle several allowance processes and check the report on a monthly basis</li><li>Assist in yearly benchmark surveys and in key exercises related to salary and bonus reviews</li><li>Participate in the proposition and analysis of simulation exercises, developing the compensation plans and packages’ design</li><li>Assist in the preparation, analysis and forecast of the yearly employment cost and HR budget</li><li>Monitor the discount report on a monthly basis and take necessary actions</li><li>Work on optimizing C&amp;B workflows and customizing needed reporting tools on SharePoint, payroll software and BI</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>NSSF &amp; Ministry of Finance</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare end of year reports such as EOS provision, NSSF and ministry of finance declaration</li><li>Coordinate with the concerned on all tasks related to the NSSF, Ministry of Labor and Ministry of Finance</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Employee Wellbeing</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct regular site visits to Verdun Mall to maintain bonding and engagement, provide guidance, support and follow up on the employee’s inquiries/requests</li><li>Conduct exit interviews for employees and participate in the Exit Interview dashboard preparation and execution phases</li><li>Prepare correspondence for disciplinary action in coordination with the Legal department when needed and set individual meetings with the concerned parties</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Others</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure compliance with all ABC policies and procedures </li><li>Formulate, review and execute HR policies and procedures</li><li>Manage the human resources database in cooperation with all departments and divisions</li><li>Stay abreast with the best practices in Compensation &amp; Benefits, latest decrees in Labor, Social Security and Taxation Laws and other HR activities</li></ul><p>Perform other job-related duties as assigned based on business needs</p>
