<strong>A Snapshot of Your Day </strong><p><br></p>You take a primary role in the strategic planning process for our clients and our organization. You plan, develop, and implement strategies for all facets of business operations, especially in context of M&amp;A.<p><br></p><strong>How You’ll Make An Impact</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Responsible for developing and maintaining sophisticated financial models in the context of M&amp;A, developing detailed strategic analysis, quantifying key transaction risks, perform sensitivity analysis, estimate RoI related to investment opportunities on operating assets</li><li>Support the team with financial due diligence, devising commercial deal structures, and generating fact-based decision proposals</li><li>Host the SES business plan based on the changing environment<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>What You Bring</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>At least 8 years of professional experience, of which 4+ years of relevant work in financial modeling within consulting, M&amp;A, PE/VC, or in a corporate development environment; graduate degree in a quantitative discipline (Finance, Economics, etc.)</li><li>On the job experience in defining and adjusting deal structures throughout deal process</li><li>Experience in preparing a negotiation concept and executing accordingly</li><li>General understanding of contractual concepts and content e.g. AoA, JDA, License agreements</li><li>A high degree of comfort navigating and maintaining complex financial models in the realm of power generation. Demonstrated experience in developing financial models from scratch (preferred) and understanding key success factors of power generation projects</li><li>Ability to communicate methodology, assumptions, sensitivities, and limitations of the models to a variety of stakeholders and take a hands-on execution role when necessary</li><li>You are a self-starter, process- and results-oriented person, can think out of the box, and looking to apply your experience to help scale a growing initiative<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>About The Team</strong><p><br></p>Our Transformation of Industry division is decarbonizing the industrial sector.
