<p><strong>Must have agency background!!</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><ol><li>Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: This can include identifying potential clients, contacting prospective clients, setting up meetings, and presenting pitches.</li><li>Strategic Planning: Participate in the development and refinement of the company’s vision and strategy. Support the overall process of management and corporate decision-making to ensure the organization maximizes its short, medium, and long-term profitability and shareholder returns.</li><li>Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new trends and customer needs, explore opportunities for new service developments, and understand the competitive landscape in the branding, digital marketing, and social media spheres.</li><li>Client Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within Kuwait and the surrounding regions.</li><li>Partnerships and Collaborations: Establish and develop strategic partnerships with other businesses to leverage their existing networks and grow the client base.</li><li>Marketing and Sales: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective collateral that can enhance the sales process, and drive the sales team to achieve their sales targets.</li><li>Project Management: Collaborate with the team to ensure client projects are delivered on time and within budget.</li><li>Reporting and Documentation: Provide regular reports on business development activities and successes to the management team, and maintain accurate and updated documentation on all clients and prospects.</li><li>Team Coordination: Work closely with internal teams such as creative, digital marketing, social media, and client services to ensure a unified approach to client acquisition.</li><li>Training and Development: Depending on the organization’s structure, you might be required to train the sales and marketing teams on the latest business development techniques and strategies.</li></ol><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p><strong>Education:</strong></p><ul><li>A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is typically required. A master’s degree in a related field or an MBA could be a plus.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>1- A track record of business development in the branding, digital marketing, or social media industry. This can include experience with sales, account management, partnership development, and more.</p><p>2- Proven experience in identifying and developing new business opportunities, with the ability to convert opportunities into business deals.</p><p>3- Previous experience in working with teams to create and implement marketing strategies.</p>
