<p><strong>Key Tasks :</strong></p><p><strong>Customer Relationship</strong></p><ul><li>Organize and participate in regular business and performance reviews with the customer to ensure customer satisfaction and sustainable business relationship</li><li>Develop multi-level contacts between customer and DSV for proper reciprocal function interfaces </li><li>To increase relationship stability by diversifying product offerings and developing multi-level contacts relationship between account and DSV main stakeholders in the country</li><li>Build up a solid pipeline that help<strong> </strong>Achieve Growth two times cost to company increase in comparison with previous year</li><li>Focus on key trade lanes for Chemical </li><li>Target new Chemical / Mining logos</li></ul><p>Β· Responsible for Customer Retention both to maintain and grow new business </p><ul><li>Implement SOPs/Rate Cards into DSV System and distribute to Operations/Customers </li></ul><p>Β· Assist GTM and local TMs for renewals on contracts existing and new business </p><p>Β· Liase with Operations both overseas and local </p><p>Commercial decision maker for DSV Key Accounts </p><p><br></p><p> Function- / Market & Industry Knowledge / Business Acumen / Process working:</p><p> [Functional Knowledge]</p><p>To develop and execute plans to grow income in alignment with the business development strategy, to contribute to the successful and sustainable growth of the business in the Materials and Chemicals markets and to support DSV developing opportunities by applying market knowledge, translating the offering to clients, and managing networks and stakeholder relationships internally and externally.</p><p>β’ Good knowledge of DSV’s strategy and products</p><p>β’ Extensive knowledge of trends and opportunities in the forwarding industry especially on Chemical Market </p><p>β’ To find new business Chemical/Mininig opportunities by prospecting, such as at trade events and by contacting relevant companies.</p><p>β’ Good knowledge of Chemical markets (customers, competitors, suppliers, overall environment and major tradelanes)</p><p>β’ Assisting in the development of technical and policy materials in support of chemical management goals and objectives</p><p>β’ To exploit networks (including public funding mechanisms) to enable efficient and proactive identification and prioritization of Chemical project opportunities.</p><p>β’ To execute plans to grow income in focus area/s in alignment with DSV strategy and key target metrics</p><p>β’ Extensive negotiation skills</p><p>β’ Extensive knowledge of Supply Chain Management and logistics </p><p>β’ Good knowledge of forwarding and Supply Chain Management IT Systems</p><p>β’ Good financial skills</p><p>β’ Ability to review, analyze and understand contracts</p><p></p>
