<p>Our client is a leading company specialized in large scale industrial packing and carpentry grand works for the B2B industry throughout the Gulf region, based in Abu Dhabi.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Salary Range</strong>: 13k-15k AED/month.</p><p><strong>Trial Period</strong>: <span>3 months extendable if applicable.</span></p><p><strong>Work Type</strong>: Full Time, Work visa and health insurance will be provided by the employer. Company car will be issued to those who possess a valid UAE driving license but don’t own a vehicle. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Note: Deadline for applications: 03rd July 2023</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Purpose:</strong></p><ul><li>Commercial development of Industrial and Fair and Events packing, complex and long term contractual scalable businesses in packing services and solutions. </li><li>Cultivating and maintaining long term relationships to gain and maximize sales opportunities for the packing division.</li><li>To secure organic growth through existing strategic and large accounts of our client.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Principle Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for contributing of&nbsp;annual targets, marketing and establishing the collaboration of Packing division as per goals set in PMS.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Responsible for the development of new large scale and contractual clients to cater packing requirements (sectors EPC, O&amp;G, Drilling, Power and Renewables sectors, Trades, and events).</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Manage the accounts generated and secure YoY revenue/GP growth.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Lead as Bid Owner to provide subject matter expert advice while collaborating and synergizing with our client and local pricing to develop best in class Technical &amp; Commercial Solutions design for Tenders.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Lead as business owner in directing and ensuring proper operational handovers to meet customer expectations.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Overview the progress as commercial owner of RFQ’s and customer implementations with new and existing customers to ensure a deep understanding of our customers’ expectations and operational&nbsp;requirements are achieved.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Take full ownership as primary contact for Escalation management and resolutions.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Conduct Monthly Business Review Meetings with clients using company’s formats.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Objectives: </strong></p><ol><li>GP Target – AED 1.8 to 2 million.</li><li>Secure 1 to 2 long-term large-scale contracts per year with rev size of 2+ per annum.</li><li>Organic growth of client base revenues and GP by 10%.</li><li>Diversify the packing client portfolio by tapping into niche markets (Rig Moves/Trades and Events businesses).</li></ol><p><br></p><p>Ensure DSO’s in line with credit limits set by company and assist finance in resolving DSO issues when commercial intervention is required</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Skills / Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><span>Minimum 1 year experience in B2B Business Development in the GCC region.</span></li><li>Possess a valid UAE Driving license.</li><li>Own a car (but not mandatory).</li><li>Innate taste for contacts.</li><li>Persevering and dynamic.</li><li>Qualities of autonomy and independence.</li><li>Availability and mobility.</li><li>Experience in customer management, price and contract negotiations.</li><li>Knowledge on how to build strong partnerships, act proactively by providing solutions and have the ability to suggest lines of business strategy to your customers.</li></ul>
