If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at relationship-building, and have a proven track record of driving success, we want you on our team!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Remote</p><p><strong>Consultancy Hours: </strong>40 hours/week</p><p><strong>Travel: </strong>May be required</p><p><strong>Reporting to:</strong> Managing Director</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of experience in a creative agency or in the design field</li><li>Extensive knowledge of different global markets, with a focus on the GCC market</li><li>Strong professional network and connections</li><li>Perfect command of written and spoken Arabic and English</li><li>Charismatic, with excellent communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Great analytical skills</li><li>High attention to detail</li><li>Proactive, resourceful and restless – does not take no for an answer</li><li>Agile, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Problem solver, with the ability to think critically and creatively</li><li>Accountability and ownership of work</li><li>Cultivated and up-to-date on the latest trends in design &amp; technology</li><li>Ethics and transparency in all work-related activities</li><li>Collaborative with the ability to work well with different teams and characters</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Business Development &amp; Sales</strong></p><ul><li>Be responsible for sales and meeting targets by actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities</li><li>Leverage your extensive network and connection leads to identify potential clients and acquire new projects and accounts </li><li>Promote Blue Hat’s services to new and prospective clients and partners. Schedule client meetings and conduct effective presentations to showcase Blue Hat’s services and added value</li><li>Conduct research and identify potential prospective clients within desired target industries and markets</li><li>Respond to all new inquiries from Blue Hat’s channels and convert them to leads, and eventually to clients</li><li>Coordinate with the Digital Communication team on lead generation campaigns and align efforts with the business development strategy</li><li>Prepare quotations/proposals with prospective clients and be responsible for follow up in a timely manner</li><li>Document all business development activities along with creating reports</li><li>Update price list on a quarterly basis and suggest service updates</li><li>Develop and sustain solid relationships with company stakeholders, partners and clients&nbsp;through online communication, attending in-person networking events, pro-active calls, etc.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Operations &amp; Scopes of Work </strong></p><ul><li>Draft agreements and ensure both parties have signed prior to commencing any business engagements. Ensure that all necessary legal and contractual obligations are met, and maintain proper documentation and records of signed agreements.</li><li>Create scopes of work and share them with the internal teams whenever acquiring a new client or project</li><li>Coordinate with Heads on projects delivery, management of updates to the scopes of work, processing extra requests, project statuses (on hold, cancellations, resuming)</li><li>Analyze new inquiries and current project scopes in order to recommend enhancements and future strategies for developing Blue Hat’s business</li><li>Revise all new agreements (service providers &amp; suppliers agreements, NDAs) and provide insights and analysis on the obligations, scopes, and other implications</li><li>Analyze project costing and verify quoted fees to actual resources or any third party, in coordination with the different heads</li><li>Be responsible of pricing and assessing new “cross-sales” requests</li><li>Prepare client agreements and plan client onboarding</li><li>Coordinate internally with Blue Hat’s Heads, Accountant, and Management on different matters </li><li>Manage referrals from team members and partners </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Strategy &amp; Reporting</strong></p><ul><li>Create and implement business development strategies that include KPIs, timelines, tactics, and action plans</li><li>Utilize data analysis techniques to track sales records, project costing, and company performance, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making, identifying trends, and recommending areas for improvement and growth</li><li>Track and analyze business development activities and sales on a weekly basis. Create monthly, quarterly and yearly reports accordingly</li><li>Contribute to the yearly budget by providing revenue projections.</li><li>Be responsible for business development budget (tracking, spending, projections)</li><li>Prepare quarterly reports to check on KPIs and analyze performance to identify trends and areas for improvement</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Third-Party Partnerships</strong></p><ul><li>Develop new partnerships with agencies, businesses, or professionals that complement our work to acquire new clients, referrals,&nbsp;or unlock new desired markets;</li><li>Represent Blue Hat in partnership meetings and in negotiations of deals and contracts</li><li>Track and analyze third party partnerships performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth</li><li>Contribute to generating passive income from partnerships</li></ul>
