<p><strong><u>About the Client: -</u></strong></p><p><span>Our client, an international organization based in Dubai, seeking a </span><strong>Senior</strong><span> </span><strong>Business Analyst </strong><span>who is a key member for the IT team in the organization.</span></p><p> </p><p><strong><u>Job Details:</u> 6 months contract Extendable (Long term role)</strong></p><p><strong>Availability- Preferred Immediate Joiners.</strong></p><p><strong>Location: Dubai.</strong></p><p> </p><p><strong><u>Description:</u></strong></p><p> </p><p><span>Business Analyst will be expected to be skilled in understanding customer needs, converting them to analysis requirements, having working knowledge of data availability in various sources, building stakeholder confidence through effective communication and recommendations. The candidate would also be responsible for the scaling of data, processes and reports, and project timeline and deliverables. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and large datasets. They will have strong attention to detail.</span></p><p> </p><p><strong><u>Roles & Responsibility</u></strong></p><p> </p><ul><li><span>Perform requirements analysis.</span></li><li><span>Communicate, translate, and simplify business requirements.</span></li><li><span>Assess change-proposals and define solutions to help the organization achieve its goals.</span></li><li><span>Discover, organize, and clarify business needs and review/produce specifications for change.</span></li><li><span>Work with the Technical Analyst and development team to ensure that they understand the specifications.</span></li><li><span>Work with training team to document system scenarios and identify roles impacted to help develop a change management/training plan.</span></li><li><span>Conduct business process modeling and generate applicable scenarios for the technology functionality testing team.</span></li><li><span>Update, implement and maintain procedures.</span></li><li><span>Deep dive into massive data sets to answer key business questions using SQL, MS Excel and data analytics tools.</span></li><li><span>Present written recommendations and insights to key stakeholders.</span></li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong></p><p> </p><ul><li><span>Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science or related fields.</span></li><li><strong>Minimum 8 years’ of experience as a business analyst.</strong></li><li><strong>Data Requirements Analysis specifically for Procurement, HRMS and Finance. </strong></li><li><span>Min. 5 years of experience in Requirements Gathering & Analysis, Coordination, Testing and Support related activities of</span><strong> Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) systems – Oracle.</strong></li><li><span>Understands </span><strong>DataLake/DWH concepts.</strong></li><li><span>Working experience with</span><strong> SQL, Power BI is plus.</strong></li><li><span>Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)</span></li><li><span>Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills</span></li><li><span>Experience in defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights.</span></li><li><span>Experience in collaborating with business and data engineering teams</span></li><li><span>Ability to relate data with opportunities for continuous improvement.</span></li><li><span>Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into analyses and actionable insights.</span></li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><u>Preferred Qualifications:</u></strong></p><p> </p><ul><li><span>IQBBA Certified Foundation Level Business Analyst (CFLBA) or</span></li><li><span>PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PBA)</span></li></ul><li><br></li>
