Senior Business Analyst

Job Description

Responsibilities:<br>• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and goals.<br>• Create a detailed business analysis; indicate challenges, identify, and validate the key business requirements.<br>• Analyze and document business requirements, processes, and workflows.<br>• Create functional specifications.<br>• Identify and analyze business problems and propose solutions.<br>• Conduct research and perform data analysis to support business decisions.<br>• Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders.<br>• Work with development teams to ensure solutions align with business requirements.<br>• Study project proposals and RFP to understand the project scope and communicate with the sales/presales team to stand on solid project scope.<br>• Create and document functional requirements and non-functional requirements.<br>• Construct workflow charts and diagrams, study system capabilities, and write specifications.<br>• Create User Stories to clarify system behavior &amp; Acceptance criteria.<br>• Ensure that the Application meets business/user requirements.<br>• Work with the technical team to develop business and technical requirements.<br>• Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.<br>• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.<br><br>Qualifications:<br>• B.S.C of computer science or related fields.<br>• Cairo residents only.<br>• English is a must.<br><br>Basic skills <br>• 4+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role. <br>• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<br>• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.<br>• Ability to understand complex business processes and workflows.<br>• Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).<br>• Experience with requirements gathering and documentation.<br>• Basic understanding of databases and SQL.<br>• Preferred Skills<br>• Experience in IT Solutions, retail, and finance.<br>• Knowledge of Microsoft Project as a project management tool.<br>• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, and TFS.<br>• Familiarity with Power BI as a data visualization and reporting tool.<br>• Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).<br>• Familiarity with business intelligence and data analytics.<br>• Experience with Agile development methodologies.<br>• Knowledge of .NET, and C# programming language.
