<strong><u>Senior Business Analyst / Solution Lead</u></strong><p><br></p><strong>What does a great Senior Business Analyst / Solution Lead do?</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>We are looking for a person to join Business Solutions team as a Client Dedicated Business Analyst.</li><li>We are looking for someone with attention to detail, a sense of ownership, good interpersonal skills and excellent communication &amp; documentation skills.</li><li>You will work closely with our clients defining and refining the business needs into actionable user stories and requirement documents.</li><li>You will be instrumental in requirement analysis, identifying client’s business needs and formulate it as per Fiserv application environment.</li><li>You will be working directly for the Fiserv Middle East Delivery team, you will serve a liaison between Client team and all Fiserv internal workstreams.</li><li>Your work will increase efficiency in the development process and reduce exceptions. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Serves as the conduit between clients and internal delivery organization (development, testing and program / project management teams).</li><li>Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams during pre-project and project phases.</li><li>Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis.</li><li>Conduct / lead / attend requirements gathering workshops with internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.</li><li>Translates business needs into functional and non-functional requirements for the IT organization and manage changes to such requirements.</li><li>Proactively communicate and collaborate with client and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver artifacts as needed.</li><li>Perform fit/gap analysis, create business requirements documents, requirement traceability matrix, and system specification documents as necessary according to standard templates and get them reviewed &amp; approved by the relevant stakeholders.</li><li>Collaborate with design team and subject matter experts to ensure the solution meets the business objectives.</li><li>Conduct workshops to finalize system configuration and configure system in both test &amp; production environments.</li><li>Provide consultancy on test scenarios (to both internal &amp; client testing units) that may be required to validate developments or release impact.</li><li>Investigating, triaging and helping to resolve issues during the testing phases of the project / program.</li><li>Provide general consultancy on current functionalities across FirstVision Solution and support walk through of release notes</li><li>Performs additional job duties as required.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Basic Qualifications For Consideration</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>A Bachelor’s degree in a computer or engineering discipline.</li><li>Extensive SME Functional &amp; Technical knowledge of Credit and Debit Issuing, Acquiring Solutions on card platforms.</li><li>Solid knowledge of Payments and cards industry. Expertise in First Vision / Vision PLUS processing platform.</li><li>Comfortable in working directly with the clients in customer-facing role</li><li>Experience in relationship and Stakeholder management</li><li>A solid understanding of card scheme functions.</li><li>Strong ability to transform / extract required details from high level business requests.</li><li>Knowledge of SDLC (Waterfall) is necessary &amp; knowledge of Agile development methodologies is a plus.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage workload to meet the required time frames or escalate capacity constraints accordingly.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Preferred Experience &amp; Skills</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Experience in IT, Solution design, multi technology environment, and application integration projects.</li><li>Experience in payment card industry</li><li>Experience as Business Analyst in client facing roles.</li><li>Experienced in Solution space on working with payment card schemes and other 3rd parties (Credit Bureau, Embossing Bureau, CRM, Core Banking, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking)</li><li>Extensive work experience of Issuing and Acquiring product life cycles.</li><li>Leadership experience of Issuing and Acquiring projects is a plus</li><li>Experience of conversion / migration and setting up a new client on FirstVision / VisionPLUS</li><li>Detailed knowledge of FirstVision functionality and Fiserv’s surround products</li><li>Knowledge of any other card processing platforms other than FirstVision / VisionPLUS would be a plus.</li></ul>
