NEOM’s mobility vision is to support the creation of truly sustainable mobility and integrated land use via urban design and innovative technologies. The underpinned core principles to achieve this vision include on-demand, connected mobility services, active mobility and micro-mobility, electric and zero-emission vehicles, autonomous shared mobility, and rapid transit. NEOM will attract investors to develop, test and scale innovative solutions to world markets.<p><br></p>Reporting to the Head of Land Mobility, the Senior Brand Expert will be responsible for building and implementing the brand strategy for the sector and translate it into concrete deliverables and measurable outcomes. Moreover he/she will lead the buildout of a dedicated brand team and manage the growth of the brand in line with the requirements of the different business units. Thereby, contributing to the successful design and implementation of transportation projects underpinning the NEOM mobility vision. The Senior Brand Expert is a strategic role, working hand in glove with senior leadership to ensure the brand encapsulates the overall sector strategy.<p><br></p>We are looking for an experienced, motivated self-starter and inspiring leader who thrives in ambitious, international and fast-changing environments. A keen interest to work on the forefront of mobility and the future of cities is vital for success in this position<p><br></p><strong> Key Accountabilities & Activities: </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> S erves as a subject matter expert for all brand-related topics </li><li> Provides advice and consultative services to senior management with regard to brand building and brand management </li><li> Leads the development and execution of the brand and branding strategy </li><li> Monitors the implementation of the brand strategy and evaluates its effectiveness </li><li> Acts as ambassador of the brand </li><li> Ensures brand alignment across different business units and at every single touchpoint (signage, campaign material, marketing activities, etc) </li><li> Leads the development and messaging of the brand narrative and ensures that messaging and marketing activites are aligned with brand values and guidelines </li><li> Defines the parameters for brand health monitoring and regularly monitors and reviews the performance against these parameters </li><li> Facilitates stakeholder engagement by regularly liaising with internal and external partners regarding brand development, positioning, and management </li></ul><p><br></p><strong> Education and Certifications </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Highly developed creative thinking, problem-solving, research, analytical, oral and written communication skills required </li><li> Minimum 12-15 years of progressive work experience in brand management with either public and/or private sector experience</li></ul>
