The opportunity

Project: This is an opportunity to work on a large hospitality project in one of the emirates of the UAE.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a growing BIM team in UAE. 

  • Coordinating and managing BIM projects locally and internationally. 

  • Creating information requirements

  • Evaluating BIM execution plans

  • Engaging with clients.

  • Preparing bid proposals. 

  • Collaborating with other international BIM team members. 

  • Testing and applying innovative solutions. 

  • Driving standardisation and digitalisation. 

  • Creating benchmarking and measuring benefits of using BIM across different project types. 

  • Delivering training (as required). 

  • Driving innovation and better ways of working. 

About you

You have a degree qualification in a relevant discipline. You are digitally savvy, especially in Autodesk applications and model-checking tools, including BIM 360, Solibri, Office 365, SharePoint, and Power BI. 

You have proven experience in the CDE workflow and solutions. Experience with BIM standards (ISO 19650 series and PAS 1192 series). Experience with BIM tools IFC, BCF, COBIE, Uniclass 2015, and local classification systems. 

You have BIM experiences in delivering projects at various scales within the construction background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
