Job Description
Role purpose:<p><br></p>The Backend developer is engaged in all development aspects of a project. They are responsible to create low-level designs, code and unit test for developed functionalities.<p><br></p>Following are the key responsibilities of a Backend developer:<p><br></p><ul><li> Act as a technical leader in several domains and create expert power. Convince the team for the method/task </li><li> Review the design prepared by software architect team and be able to create a design based on the requirements received from product management team </li><li> Provide technical support and guidance to the software engineers and quality assurance engineers throughout the implementation and testing process </li><li> Be able to implement the solution to complex roadmap tasks and defects </li><li> Review codes committed by team members and provides high quality feedback </li><li> Train the team on specific technical topics </li><li> Support R&D Manager in task follow-up and technical clarification</li></ul><p><br></p>Required Technical Skills:<p><br></p>Primary Skills:<p><br></p> Java, Spring Boot<p><br></p> Microservices<p><br></p> Kubernetes, Swagger<p><br></p>Secondary Skills<p><br></p><ul><li> PostgreSQL and MongoDB</li><li> Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence</li><li> Message Bus (E.g. Kafka), BPMN Tool (E.g. Camunda)</li><li> Linux</li><li> AWS or any cloud experience</li></ul><p><br></p>Key accountabilities and decision ownership:<p><br></p><ul><li> Be able to analyse and understand as well as implement technical designs based on Java best practise</li><li> Collaborate with offshore and onshore designers </li></ul><p><br></p>Core competencies, knowledge and experience:<p><br></p><ul><li> SFDC Lifecycle</li><li> Java, Spring boot</li><li> Containers – Dockers, Kubernetes</li><li> Micro Services</li><li> Excellent analytical skills, able to understand complex software systems</li></ul><p><br></p>Must have technical / professional qualifications:<p><br></p>Degree or higher degree in software engineering or related technical discipline<p><br></p><ul><li> 8+ years of experience in Development</li></ul><p><br></p>Preferred:<p><br></p><ul><li> Certifications in Java or Cloud</li><li> Telecom Domain experience – Engagement Management, Party Management, Core Commerce Management and Production domains of TMForum Standards</li></ul><p><br></p>#_VOIS #movewithus
