We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior B2B Marketing Manager to join our team and take charge of managing the marketing function of our client’s collective buying business. As the Senior B2B Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our marketing strategies. You will have the opportunity to create a 90-day marketing plan and launch outbound email paid strategies, among other exciting responsibilities.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br><ul><li>Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve our marketing objectives. </li><li>90-Day Marketing Plan: Create a strategic 90-day marketing plan, outlining key initiatives, campaigns, and objectives to be executed in alignment with our business goals. </li><li>Outbound Email Paid Strategy: Design and launch outbound email paid strategies to target potential B2B clients and drive lead generation. </li><li>CRM Management: Leverage CRMs to optimize lead tracking, customer segmentation, and overall marketing performance. </li><li>Paid Ads: Manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, ensuring optimal budget allocation and ROI. </li><li>LinkedIn Outbound: Utilize LinkedIn outbound strategies to reach and engage with potential B2B clients and industry influencers. </li><li>A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing for full-funnel campaigns to optimize conversion rates and overall marketing performance. <br><br></li></ul>Requirements:<br><ul><li>7+ Years of Marketing Experience: Proven track record with at least 7 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on lead generation and strategy development. </li><li>Outbound Emails: Extensive experience in designing and executing successful outbound email campaigns, driving measurable results. </li><li>CRM Expertise: Proficiency in using CRMs to manage leads, segment customers, and analyze marketing performance. </li><li>Paid Ads: Strong understanding of paid advertising strategies and experience in managing campaigns on various platforms. </li><li>LinkedIn Outbound: Demonstrated ability to effectively leverage LinkedIn for B2B outreach and relationship building. </li><li>A/B Testing: Experience in conducting A/B testing for full-funnel campaigns to optimize marketing efforts. </li><li>Time Zone Compatibility: Able to work in the EST time zone from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. <br><br></li></ul>Additional Details:<br><ul><li>Full-Time Position: This is a full-time position 40hrs/week</li><li>Reporting: You will report directly to the Head of Growth, collaborating closely to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.</li></ul>
