<p>At <strong>Americana Restaurants</strong> we are looking for a <strong>Senior Associate Talent Acquisition</strong> responsible for <strong>MENA region</strong> to be based out of Al Nahda, Sharjah office.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>ROLE OVERVIEW :</strong></p><p><br></p><p>The Senior Talent Acquisition Associate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top talent to support the company’s growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in talent acquisition, with a strong understanding of the full recruitment process. Integrity, a positive attitude, creativity, and collaboration will be key to your success in this role.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>A DAY IN THE LIFE OF :</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Work closely with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and develop a hiring strategy for each role.</li><li>Identify, attract and source hard-to-find passive talent using different channels such as LinkedIn, job boards and other social media.</li><li>Prepare job descriptions, manage postings on Americana’s career website as well as other relevant posting websites.</li><li>Manage all aspects of the recruitment process including pre-screening, on-site interviews, reference checks, and offers.</li><li>Prepare and process hiring documentation in collaboration with the Human Resources department.</li><li>Maintain and promote company policies and procedures pertaining to the recruitment process established.</li><li>Implement brand confidence and retention practices amongst newly recruited talent.</li><li>Continually identify new opportunities for key process improvement initiatives that help improve the recruiting strategy at Americana.</li><li>Foster and maintain professional relationships with existing employees.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL REQUIRE : </strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.</li><li>5 -7 years of full cycle in-house recruitment experience in hiring across multiple functions.</li><li>Experience hiring within the Middle East &amp; North Africa region.</li><li>Track record of sourcing and selecting top talents in the F&amp;B/retail/hospitality industry.</li><li>Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft office suite; Word / Excel / Outlook.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English &amp; Arabic, both verbal and written.</li><li>Strategic, dynamic, enthusiastic, and quick to take initiative.</li><li>Highly motivated, goal driven, result oriented and team player.</li></ul>
