<strong><u>About Our Client</u></strong><p><br></p>Our client is a growing international investment firm looking to expand its food and agriculture-focused private equity investment team based in Abu Dhabi. You will be joining a fast-growing, fast-moving investment team with a global remit. The team is well-funded and has an entrepreneurial culture. <strong>What the job involves</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Play an integral role in the origination, evaluation and execution of direct investment opportunities in food and agriculture private equity</li><li>Assist with the origination of new investments</li><li>Support across all aspects of the transaction process from initial due diligence to portfolio monitoring</li><li>Take significant responsibility in the preparation of materials including detailed committee papers</li><li>Attend advisory board meetings and AGMs</li></ul> <strong>Who we are looking for</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Strong academic track record from leading institutions</li><li>Demonstrable experience in investment banking, from the M&A or leveraged finance teams, and/or private equity investment experience </li><li>Strong financial modelling skills </li><li>Confident and articulate communicator both written and verbally</li></ul>
