Job description:<br><br><p><strong>Job Title: Senior associate, Consulting – </strong><strong>KM Content </strong></p><p><strong>Work Location: Amman, Jordan </strong></p><p><strong>Role Summary:</strong></p><p><strong>This role will focus on the collation, organisation, curation and publication of KM content* on the KM digital platforms, as well as supporting in the creation of KM content using various tools and softwares. The candidate will also manage the pages within the KM platforms, cover gaps, respond to user enquiries and collaborate with other teams when required. Finally, the candidate will report on KM content to the Content Manager using various reporting tools/dashboards.</strong></p><p><strong>Role Requirements:</strong></p><p><strong>Skills &amp; capabilities: </strong></p><ul> <li> <p><strong>Good background in content or knowledge management, preferably in a professional services firm</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Good analytical background specifically in creating reports and dashboards</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Experience of creating, collating, curating, cataloguing and publishing content.</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Works effectively and confidently with other colleagues across the organisation (including senior stakeholders)</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Creative and self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills (i.e. thinking outside the box)</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Strong understanding and implementation of technology and digital tools (e.g. Excel, Power Point, PowerBI, Canva, Vyond, etc.) </strong></p> </li> </ul><p><strong>Qualifications: </strong></p><ul> <li> <p><strong>Bachelor’s Degree Required – Masters is a plus</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>3-5 years of experience working in a professional services environment</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Ability to work in both English &amp; Arabic is preferred </strong></p> </li> </ul><p><strong>Role Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>KM people:</strong></p><ul> <li> <p><strong>Respond to content queries received by consultants related to key content collected.</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Engage with BU KM Champions, Knowledge Owners  and other stakeholders in relation to their content (Collation, display and promotion, gaps, etc.).</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to enrich our content library, content promotion, KM platforms feedback and improvements, etc.</strong></p> </li> </ul><p><strong>KM processes:</strong></p><ul> <li> <p><strong>Collate, sanitise, and publish content on a regular basis while ensuring accurate metadata is captured.</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Create additional supporting pages on the KM platforms (Announcements, Hot Topics, Reading Lists, etc.) as directed by the KM Content Manager.</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Create KM related content (i.e videos, posters, banners, guides, etc.) using various tools (Vyond, Canva, Adobe Premiere, etc.) when required.</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Maintain and provide KM content and user analytics on a timely basis.</strong></p> </li> </ul><p><strong>KM technology:</strong></p><ul> <li> <p><strong>Support in conducting quality checks to ensure that content published on the KM platforms is consistent with requirements.</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Support in coordinating with developers in relation to the KM platforms enhancements and roadmap.</strong></p> </li> </ul><p><strong>KM governance and performance management:</strong></p><ul> <li> <p><strong>Align with KM Content Manager on content management focus areas and latest updates including priority of activities.</strong></p> </li> </ul><p><strong>Other KM Support:</strong></p><ul> <li> <p><strong>Provide other KM support as directed by the KM Leader, KM Operations Lead and KM Content Manager.</strong></p> </li> <br><br></ul>Profile description:<br><br><p>Refer to Job Discription</p>
