In this vital role, you will primarily:<p><br></p><ul><li>Provide financial, analytical, budget, and month-end support and interact cross-functionally within and outside of Finance.</li><li>Financial planning and analysis of headcount and operating expenses, supporting the financial forecast, annual budgeting, long-range plan, and quarterly close processes</li><li>Assisting the planning and analysis of the pipeline portfolio and providing financial support for valuations</li><li>Developing executive-level communications and gathering and interpreting data for decision-making support</li><li>Working cross-functionally across several partner groups</li><li>Performing ad hoc financial analysis and supporting special projects as needed</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Win</strong><p><br></p><strong>What We Expect Of You</strong><p><br></p>We are all different, yet we all use our outstanding contributions to serve patients.
