<strong>Job Title: </strong> Senior Architect – Project Section<p><br></p><strong>Location:</strong> Sharjah, UAE<p><br></p><strong>Experience:</strong> 5-6 years of UAE Experience<p><br></p><strong>Education</strong><strong><em>: Bachleor’s Degree</em></strong><p><br></p><strong><u>General Summary</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Perform professional architectural projects for facilities such as creating designs, plan modifications and prepare project proposals. As well as filing and archiving technical drawings (soft and hard copies).</li><li> Manages design modifications, presentations, plans and archived documentations.</li><li> Provides initial and final design proposals for additional buildings, facility modifications and future projects, and prepares tender applications and presentations.</li><li> Assist in preparing project BOQ’s and technical specifications of project proposals. In addition to preparing technical evaluations and project descriptions to support the Procurement and Finance departments.</li><li> Manages architectural and construction projects through regular site visits and helps to coordinate contractors by providing project descriptions, analysis and coordinates between them and end users as well as resolving problems or issues proactively during construction.</li><li> Prepares technical evaluations and project descriptions to support the procurement, contracts and finance departments.</li><li> Produces detailed drawings and specifications of architectural projects, and files and organizes technical soft and hardcopies drawings.</li><li> Reviews civil aspects of the project and coordinates with the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing/Facility Engineers technical information needed for their operations.</li><li>Ensure that Health and Safety standards are implemented at all times and reporting any matters of concern to the line manager and/or related personnel in order to take action.</li><li> Complete any other job-related tasks as assigned by line manager within the expected time limit.</li></ul>
