Senior Architect (Experienced in Shop Drawing)

<p><strong><u>Introduction: </u></strong></p><p>We are looking for a Senior Architect with shop drawing experience to join our engineering team</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Roles and Responsibilities:</u> </strong></p><ul><li>Working on residential projects</li><li>Developing architectural plans and drawings in line with code regulations and guidelines</li><li>Working on permitting documents / architectural plans</li><li>Coordinating with different engineering trades</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Key Requirements:</u>&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Holder of architecture degree from a reputable Lebanese university</li><li>Previous work experience (5-10 years)</li><li>Previous experience in shop drawing is a must</li><li>Professional behavior and decent business dress code awareness</li><li>Languages: Professional Arabic and English are critical for the job (speaking, writing, and typing). French is a strong plus</li><li>Important character traits: Loyalty, Confidentiality, Professionalism, Interpersonal Skills, Decency, Results Oriented and Willingness to go the extra mile if needed</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Work Location and Schedule:</u>&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Remote working and flexible hours</li></ul>
