Job Description

<p>We are looking to recruit Senior Architects with local experience to join our team in Dubai.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Analyze project requirements</li><li>Manage multiple tasks at various stages of project development</li><li>Ensure designs are compliant with all regulations</li><li>Create project schedule within the program and assign tasks to the team</li><li>Monitor progress and manage workflow of team members</li><li>Assist Lead Architect in communication and coordination with all stakeholders</li><li>Assist in providing design solutions</li><li>Attend meetings related to project as required</li><li>Keep track of project schedule and ensure high standard of project delivery within stipulated duration</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Degree in Architectural Engineering / Architecture</li><li>Ability to creative and innovative design solutions</li><li>Excellent knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD, Sketch-up and other software’s will be an advantage</li><li>Experience in design development and preparing tender packages of large scale residential, commercial, hospitality projects.</li><li>Knowledge of local regulations and guidelines essential.</li><li>Good command over written and spoken English.</li><li>Excellent leadership and effective interpersonal &amp; communications skills</li><li>Detail oriented and highly analytical</li><li>Working experience for projects in UAE primarily in Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi</li></ul>
