<strong>Role: Senior Analyst, Customer Supply Chain</strong><p><br></p><strong>Location: Cairo, Egypt</strong><p><br></p><strong><u>Overview</u></strong><p><br></p>Reporting into the Manager, Supply Chain Business Integration you will be responsible for the customer supply chain and the customer supply chain related activities within Egypt market. You will become the main point of contact for all customer Supply Chain activities, Demand Planning &amp; Logistics related to the above scope.<p><br></p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Execute best route to market and cost-to serve supply chain processes for SCJ and our customers; accountable for the supply chain initiatives that drive improved effectiveness</li><li>Partner with Sales, Demand Planning, Customer Fulfillment and Logistics to execute against strategic customer development opportunities and deliver Advantage Survey results Point of contact to the local management team for customer related supply chain issues</li><li>Build strong customer collaboration plans and drive improvements on Service, Cost and Cash</li><li>Develop and maintain close relationships with country commercial organisation and regional supply chain organisation</li><li>Translate regional SC targets into country/group customer supply chain targets</li><li>Review KPI performance against targets, sets clear improvement plans and drive a culture of strong performance management</li><li>Liaise with the customer service team, planning team and logistics team to drive Customer Service, cost and cash improvements</li><li>Set up and run weekly customer supply chain meetings for the markets within scope to review weekly results with the extended SC team</li><li>Ensure alignment with customer &amp; business objectives/activities (e.g. ownership for execution of major events)</li><li>Manage and coordinate operational customer supply chain issues with the local and regional teams.</li><li>Have an external view of the latest developments in supply chain management including our competitors and customers in the countries</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Experience You’ll Bring</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>At least Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related areas</li><li>3-5 years of experience in supply chain</li><li>Strong knowledge of the end-to-end supply chain processes</li><li>Advanced English communication level both written and speaking</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Behaviors You’ll Need</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Ability to build business partnerships and external collaboration opportunities wherever possible through excellent negotiation skills</li><li>Collaborative with team-oriented leadership style being able to influence at all levels</li><li>Problem solving skills</li><li>Proactive approach with ability to take decisions</li><li>Goal and result oriented</li><li>Able to manage priorities</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>What’s in it for you? </strong><p><br></p>We offer an excellent opportunity for career development and progression, a highly collaborative work environment and an autonomous and flexible working culture where you will be able to add value and be recognized and rewarded.<p><br></p><strong><u>About Us</u></strong><p><br></p>SC Johnson is a fifth-generation family company built on a spirit of adventure and winning the right way.
