Senior Administrator – UAE National

We are currently looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Senior Administrator to join our team to support in various administrative areas.

Primary Responsibilities

System Administration & Document Control

  • Knowledge Management SharePoint.

    • Responsibilities include formatting templates, playbooks, procedures, etc., uploading, tracking, and recording documents. 

  • COMAEA System Admin

    • Provides technical support to ME team on how to complete COMAEA & Skills trawler.

    • Also runs reports from the system on compliance.

  • Skills trawler Training – our global skills tool.

  • iGATE user administration & Training

  • Aconex Admin.

    • Responsibilities include adding staff members to F+G Organisation, project, and deleting.

    • Provides document control support across the region where required.

  • Updating of data within our business systems on a weekly/ monthly basis

Administrative Support

  • Administrative support to controls & assurance team in region when required.

  • Assist with the organisation of meetings when required.

Required Skill(s):

  • Intermediate Level excel, word, power point and other MS tools knowledge.

Requirements

  • UAE National

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field.

  • 1-2 years of experience preferably in similar role

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, with great attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
