Job Description

  1. Apply the administration policies and procedures and support to internal and external customers.
  2. Stay up to date with technological advances and software to be used for administration purposes.
  3. Assist role holders with less experience to carry out assigned tasks when necessary.
  4. Ensure to transfer the technical and practical knowledge to other employees of the Authority.
  5. Use business software applications (e.g., word processing, presentation and spreadsheet) to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc.
  6. Receive, screen and direct incoming calls, visitors, mail and email; maintain files, records, calendars and diaries, and may arrange business travel, coordinate meeting arrangements, and/or track expenses.
  7. Participate in the development and implementation of secretarial standards, policies and practices for the organization.
  8. Provide administrative Support for the department
  9. Organize and archive all documentations related to all developed processes, policies, procedures in the organization
