Job Description
- Apply the administration policies and procedures and support to internal and external customers.
- Stay up to date with technological advances and software to be used for administration purposes.
- Assist role holders with less experience to carry out assigned tasks when necessary.
- Ensure to transfer the technical and practical knowledge to other employees of the Authority.
- Use business software applications (e.g., word processing, presentation and spreadsheet) to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc.
- Receive, screen and direct incoming calls, visitors, mail and email; maintain files, records, calendars and diaries, and may arrange business travel, coordinate meeting arrangements, and/or track expenses.
- Participate in the development and implementation of secretarial standards, policies and practices for the organization.
- Provide administrative Support for the department
- Organize and archive all documentations related to all developed processes, policies, procedures in the organization
