Job Description

ü Financial Analysis & ORM:

  • Monthly ORM review preparation and improvement
  • Financial Reporting & analysis: All reporting requirements for all business segments.
  • Developing new Automating financial analysis report to save time and good analysis
  • Business intelligence (BI) reports for balance sheet & income statement

ü Budget Reports:

  • Prepare budget plan.
  • Improve and check budget forms & insure alignments with all data, and insure ability for update.
  • Manage data collection and insure proper confirmation.
  • Review budget calculation for all expenses & costs & insure alignments between all results
  • Review budget reports & review final presentation.
  • Insure that budget controller perform his duties properly & timely.

Ø Costing Control

Actual Costing:

  • Plan, organize and direct all the activities of the cost accounting function
  • Insure completing all production posting activities timely
  • Overview & Check all actual data posted by production & make required adjustment if required.
  • Monthly overview period end closing & posting (WIP, Variances, Un-realizes cost, etc.)
  • Monthly overview all costing entries & provisions.

Standard Costing:

  • Review planned activities for work center.
  • Review the planned cost data & check entered Standard cost & standard planned activities, and maintain activity rates for production cost centers.
  • Review Material Costing run, after calculating planned cost.
  • Review overhead percentage and adjust when necessary
  • Managing costing budget preparation.
  • Development and maintenance of standard costs

Ø General Monthly Expenses :

  • Review recorded monthly expenses and its analyzes reports:
  • Monthly analysis for prepaid & Accruals accounts.
  • Monthly analysis of all controls accounts.

Ø Cash flow:

  • Prepare indirect Cash Flow in ORM & balance sheet reports.
  • Prepare budgeted cash flow to compare with actual.
  • Prepare Monthly Investment Status Report when it required
  • Cost Controlling.
  • Budgeting.
  • Preparing Financial Statements.
  • Reporting & Analysis.
