In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our client base, driving revenue generation, and facilitating networking opportunities.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><p><span>β’ As a Senior Account Manager in the FX industry, your primary focus will be maintaining and developing profitable relationships with a portfolio of clients. This entails identifying and addressing their trading needs and preferences.</span></p><p><span>β’ Educate customers about our trading products, services, promotions, and industry knowledge.</span></p><p><span>β’ Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.</span></p><p><span>β’ Provide excellent customer service to clients, promptly addressing any issues or concerns they may have and ensuring quick and efficient resolutions.</span></p><p><span>β’ Ensure client satisfaction by delivering effective solutions to their inquiries.</span></p><p><span>β’ Provide internal feedback to the retention manager on ways to improve client retention.</span></p><p><span>β’ Convert inactive clients into active clients.</span></p><p> </p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>β’ A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or business is preferred.</p><p>β’ Minimum of 2 years of experience in an FX sales position within a brokerage firm.</p><p>β’ Deep understanding of financial markets, particularly FX/CFDs products.</p><p>β’ Self-motivated, outgoing, result-driven, and confident.</p><p>β’ Proficient in spoken and written English.</p><p>β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</p><p>β’ Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.</p><p>β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</p><p>β’ Proven negotiation techniques and excellent closing skills.</p><p>β’ Ability to build and maintain relationships.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>β’ Competitive and excellent salaries</p><p>β’ Best Incentives and Bonus Schemes</p><p>β’ Visa sponsorship</p>
