Job Description

<p>We are looking for a result-driven, customer-oriented, experienced Senior Digital Account Manager to join our team. He will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various local and International digital projects, including brand launches, web applications, advertising campaigns, and social media management.</p><p><br></p><p>His main duty will be to develop, implement and manage digital marketing strategies with our clients and help them achieve their digital marketing goals.</p><p><br></p><p>For this position, we expect him to be a tech-savvy professional with an in-depth understanding of how marketing and communication can help our clients achieve their business goals. He should be methodical and have excellent time management skills.</p><p><br></p><p>He should be able to manage and deliver client projects’ digital lifecycle within quality, time, and budget requirements. Ultimately, he should be able to contribute to business growth through creating and maintaining long-term client relationships.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsible for..</strong></p><ul><li>Provide end-to-end project management.</li><li>Scope project requirements and prepare budgets.</li><li>Aligning clients’ digital marketing strategies with overall business goals.</li><li>Developing detailed plans, and monitoring progress as well as writing up reports.</li><li>Establishing good relationships with clients and other professionals.</li><li>Monitor and report on Google Analytics metrics.</li><li>Communicate with the team and clients and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks.</li><li>Participation in creating pitch presentations.</li><li>Collecting brief, planing, delegating and presenting work.</li><li>Identifying ways to grow client accounts through new business opportunities.</li><li>Managing the work and performance of team members e.g. Account Executive.</li><li>Keeping the team and the client up to date with useful knowledge.</li><li>Maintaining accurate records of meetings, decisions and next actions.</li><li>Working with Finance to limit write offs, bill client accurately.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Team management skills</li><li>Deep understanding of digital media buying</li><li>Proven work experience as a digital project manager.</li><li>Hands-on experience with project management software.</li><li>Excellent organization and time management skills.</li><li>Communication and team management skills.</li><li>Flexible, and able to solve problems.</li></ul>
