<p><strong>Position – Seibel Developer.</strong></p><p><strong>Job location- Kuwait</strong></p><p><strong>Experience- 8+ Year</strong></p><p><strong>Salary Range – KWD 2000 </strong></p><p><strong>Note- Latest experience in Telco/Telecom for at least 4 year is mandatory for the role</strong></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Education</strong></p><p>· Degree, Post graduate in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience)</p><p>· Good experience in Agile methodology (Scrum Framework)</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience</strong></p><p>· 8+ years of experience in configuration, Deployment and fine-tuning Siebel CRM</p><p>· Siebel IP17, IP19.x hands-on experience</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Soft Skills</strong></p><p>· Able to influence multiple teams on technical considerations, increasing their productivity and effectiveness, by sharing deep knowledge and experience.</p><p><strong>· Self-motivator and self-starter, Ability to own and drive things without supervision and works collaboratively with the teams across the organization.</strong></p><p>· Have excellent soft skills and interpersonal skills</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Technical Skills</strong></p><p><br></p><p>· Telecom Industry Knowledge is must.</p><p>· Excellent knowledge of Custom Order Management Functionality.</p><p>· Excellent knowledge of Product configuration, Pricing etc.,</p><p>· Good hands-on experience in Production Troubleshooting with the Telco domain.</p><p>· Excellent understanding of Siebel Enterprise Architecture</p><p>· Excellent understanding of Siebel Best Practices</p><p>· Expert in Siebel configuration (UI Layer, BO Layer and Data object layer)</p><p>· Expert in workflows</p><p>· Expert in Siebel development skills in implementing Siebel Configurations, Siebel Scripting (Server &amp; Browser), Workflow Processes, Workflow Policies, Runtime events, Business Services, Siebel Integration (EAI), TBUI, RCR, Web services, Data Maps</p><p>· Excellent knowledge of TBUI will be a added advantage</p><p>· Good Knowledge on SQL</p><p>· Experience in multi-lingual implementation (Not Mandatory)</p><p><br></p><p>· <strong>Good to Have</strong></p><p>Experience in Open UI Concepts – Implementing PM &amp; PR, Customizing Themes, Debugging Techniques, Manifest Administration</p><p>Experience with IP20X + with good knowledge of Siebel Architecture and Workspaces.</p><p>Experience in server management tasks</p><p>Experience with BI Publisher</p><p>Upgrade Exposure</p><p>REST APIs</p><p><br></p><p>Should be able Design the solution using Siebel configuration/ EAI and perform the unit test and peer review.</p><p><br></p><p>Please note: Having experience in Telecom domain + project Management + upgrade experience is added advantage.</p><p></p>
