Job Description

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1.       Responsibility to assist Line Manager in the supervision of the team

2.       To assist in the supervision of all the security development, performance, and maintenance within the organisation

3.        contribute to training and development

4.       assist FAB Security team in achieving complete security management systems in accordance with organisation plans and compliance and adherence to legislation and agreed regulatory bodies processes and procedures

5.        Assist with all the day to day security activities with responsibility for supervising your team

6.        Assist with ensuring project operations meets all agreed security and associated health and safety objectives

7.       Assist with responsibility for monitoring & managing security systems and equipment servicing and/or maintenance in conjunction with other appropriate department

8.       Assist with effective liaison, support and assistance between security department and remainder of FAB as an organisation

9.       Maintain and improve mechanisms for risk assessment and disseminate feedback to the appropriate internal entities

10.    Assist with developing plans for security activities

11.    Support to all other departments of FAB with security related issues

12.    Subject to agreed criteria by FAB, selection, training, set action and targets, appraise, and manage performance, development, coaching and general support of all team members to ensure quality standards are met

13.    Reporting (content and format as agreed by FAB) on a monthly basis or as otherwise required

14.    Set an example for team members of commitment, security knowledge, work ethics and habits and personal character

15.    Maintain accurate records

16.    Manage and coordinate security operations ensuring that security procedures are implemented and followed as per the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ASSD /SIRA/ Regulations.

17.    Adhere to all organisation policies and procedures

18.    Conduct internal investigations of incidents and generate reports accordingly.

19.    responsible for your allocated workload and must meet all targets as agreed with Line Manager.

20.     contribute towards the smooth running of the FAB Security Operations generally

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school degree is required
  • Knowledge of MS office package (word, excel, & MS Project.
  • Good knowledge of English (spoken/written)
  • Good communication skills
