<strong>Overview</strong><p><br></p><strong>JOB PURPOSE</strong><p><br></p>Maintain security of Company property and buildings. Notify Company officials and local authorities of theft, damage, or other threatening or emergency conditions.<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Maintain security guard at the gates and verify credentials of persons seeking entry.</li><li>Make periodic inspections around the perimeters of the property, and check door locks and windows.</li><li>Make periodic inspections in plants and offices. Notify nearest manager or supervisor in case of emergency.</li><li>Notify authorities of suspicious activity or emergency situations, then notify nearest manager or supervisor.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Qualifications</strong><p><br></p><strong>Knowledge/Skill</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>High school degree.</li></ul><p><br></p>Knowledge of emergency procedures for fire, trespassing, and other situations.<p><br></p><strong>Experience</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Experience in a relevant role is preferred.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Competencies</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Honest and trustworthy</li><li>Good Communication.</li><li>Should have a good working attitude.</li><li>Ability to recognize intruders, confront and stop them.</li></ul>
