<strong>Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>QFS (50%)</li><li>Utilise reporting tools to drive improvement</li><li>Drive standardised understanding of reporting KPIs and metrics within field (ensure standards adhered to)</li><li>Continuous improvement – conduct root cause analysis with local teams and construct insights</li><li>Work with local and sector teams to collate qualitative data to support reporting insights</li><li>Quality failures / Nonconformity – prepare comms and escalation</li><li>Enable QC teams communications , organizing conf calls, meetings, trainings for Categories and regions.</li><li>MOS (50%)</li><li>Make Global metrics sector governor</li><li>Metrics definitions clarifications active participant to ensure global standards an implementation adhered to.</li><li>Ensure understanding across sector including “health check” / quality check on understanding</li><li>Sector contractor point and VoC to global owners and DS&amp;A</li><li>Technical community database</li><li>Partner with capability and systems team to design logic for info library – future strategy for doc control</li><li>Work with technical community to understand requirements, and ongoing development based on chaging requirements.</li><li>Global Brain Page owner</li><li>Ongoing maintenance, comms and info sharing – maintain and refresh clear webpage interface</li><li>Communicate to BU and field teams on updates</li><li>Annual best plant ranking</li><li>Own and work with reporting and Sector teams to conduct the annual review and award best plant (governance, metrics, rules definition)</li><li>Other tools and reporting</li><li>Partner with sector and BU teams to articulate needs for missing reports and analysis to enable ops performance (capture VoC (Voice of Customer) to allow HBS reporting teams to action development / creation)</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Qualifications</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Proficiency in English (written and spoken)</li><li>Science / management Degree (Bachelors)</li><li>Demonstrated experience in operational metrics and fault diagnosis within an FMCG environment focusing on Regulatory area (QFS/EHS/ Operational – 1yr)</li><li>Experience user of web packages materials editing</li><li>Demonstrated ability to interact with business management systems</li><li>Proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Similar editing software tools</li><li>University Degree</li></ul>
