Your primary responsibilities will include:</p><p>β’ Managing incoming calls, transferring them to the appropriate departments, and taking messages when necessary.</p><p>β’ Assisting lawyers and legal staff with various administrative tasks, such as drafting correspondence, preparing legal documents, and maintaining filing systems.</p><p>β’ Managing and organizing schedules, appointments, and meetings.</p><p>β’ Handling incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes.</p><p>β’ Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client information, case files, and other important documentation.</p><p>β’ Ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.</p><p>β’ Coordinating office supplies and equipment, monitoring inventory levels, and placing orders as needed.</p><p>β’ Liaising with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.</p><p>β’ Assisting with travel arrangements and accommodation bookings for staff members and clients.</p><p>Qualifications and Skills:</p><p>β’ Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).</p><p>β’ Strong organizational and time management skills.</p><p>β’ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.</p><p>β’ Proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).</p><p>β’ Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.</p><p>β’ High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.</p><p>β’ Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is a plus.</p><p>To apply for this position, please submit your resume to careers@akellegal.com .</p><p>Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.</p>
