Job Description

Purpose of the Job:

· Conducts several support tasks for executives and helps them to maintain company policies and procedures.

Job Accountabilities:

Take notes at meetings.

Schedule and plan meetings and appointments.

Create and update records ensuring the accuracy and validity of the information.

Manage margin-locked sales order release.

Maintain a high level of confidentially.

Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies.

Assist GM in internal communication and for smooth daily operations.

Perform secretary duties as and when needed.

Organize office activities with the support of other departments.

Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, forms, etc.

Comply and implement the local laws and client requirements related to QHSEMS aspects at the workplace, as per the bestowed authority and responsibility.

Carries out any additional tasks assigned (in line with qualifications and ability) by the line Manager.

Qualifications & Education

Bachelor’s degree in any stream.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years experience as a secretary.

Knowledge & Skills

Fluent in English and Arabic

Knowledge of organizing a high level of accuracy.
