Job Description
You will act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers to smoothen the entire property-buying process. You will be communicating with clients to understand their preferences and accordingly offer available properties and real estate investment options. Besides, you will be developing a sales plan and maintaining online property listings.
You should be able to facilitate negotiations between the parties involved to help get competitive market rates. In addition, your responsibility also entails advising clients on the prevailing market conditions and legal requirements. Also, you should assist in preparing property documents and paperwork including all the related DLD forms.
Responsibilities
路 Searching and recommending pre-owned properties suiting the client’s requirements and budget.
路 Accompanying clients on property visits and advising on best features and USPs.
路 Offering and negotiating contract terms with clients and assisting with gathering and submitting the necessary documents.
路 Understanding clients’ housing preferences and requirements.
路 Qualify leads and data management and update the CRM with the client’s feedback and lead progress.
路 Prospecting and screening potential clients and comparing properties to identify the best market options.
路 Managing online listings, leasing/renting properties, and coordinating with mortgage advisors and home inspectors to ascertain the condition of the property when needed.
路 Continually networking and identifying business opportunities, including attending real estate exhibitions and events and keeping updated with the latest local and national property market information and laws.
Qualifications
路 Bachelor鈥檚 degree (or equivalent)
路 Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience preferably in the Dubai market.
路 Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
路 Strong networking, negotiation, and selling skills
路 Impressive client servicing skills
路 Demonstrating a strong code of ethics and reliability
路 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools
路 Must hold a UAE driver鈥檚 license and own a car
