<br><p>The SEO Specialist is responsible for the development and execution of SEO objectives . This includes web content, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO). This position reports to the Digital Marketing Manager and will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing SEO Strategy.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>§&nbsp;Monitoring search algorithms set by search engines to keep up with changes in the SEO landscape</p><p>§&nbsp;Developing and integrating content marketing strategies</p><p>§&nbsp;Using social media to distribute content and encourage external sites to link back to the site of the organization</p><p>§&nbsp;Driving targeted and loyal traffic to the website through effective community-building</p><p>§&nbsp;Employing user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization methods to turn visitors into active users</p><p>§&nbsp;Continually check search terms, rankings and analytics to monitor the performance of websites and make recommendations for improvement</p><p>§&nbsp;Provide monthly analytic reports with recommendations specific to driving and optimizing traffic, behavior, campaign response, keyword research/analysis, SEO, and SEM opportunity</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualification Requirements </strong></p><ul><li>Bachelors in Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent experience</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role and excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to consistently prioritize and manage multiple tasks</li><li>Outstanding communication skills across numerous platforms including written, verbal and multi-media</li><li>Strong understanding of current SEO concepts, trends, strategies and best practices</li><li>Demonstrated experience defining and adjusting SEO plans and/or strategies based on analytic results.</li><li>Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMRush, Alexa and Microsoft Office suite required. Data mining would be a plus.</li><li>Highly motivated and can work independently, detailed oriented, organized and efficient.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>&nbsp;</p>
