As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of the Scrum framework and facilitating the Agile development process. You will play a crucial role in driving the team’s efficiency, productivity, and collaboration to deliver high-quality software products.<p><br></p>We are looking for someone who takes pride in the quality of their work and enjoys being on top of things. So if this sounds like you, then this opportunity is perfect for you!<p><br></p><strong>What you’ll do: </strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Act as a servant leader and coach for the Agile development team, enabling them to self-organize, make decisions, and achieve their goals effectively.</li><li>Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.</li><li>Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure the backlog is well-groomed, prioritized, and aligned with the product vision and goals.</li><li>Guide the team in breaking down complex tasks into actionable user stories, estimating effort, and establishing achievable sprint goals.</li><li>Identify and remove any impediments or obstacles that hinder the team’s progress, escalating issues when necessary.</li><li>Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team, encouraging experimentation and innovative thinking.</li><li>Promote effective communication and collaboration between team members, stakeholders, and other cross-functional teams.</li><li>Monitor and track project progress, using Agile metrics and tools, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.</li><li>Promote Agile best practices and ensure adherence to the Scrum framework, while tailoring it to the team’s specific needs.</li><li>Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in Agile methodologies, bringing in new ideas and approaches to enhance team performance.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Who you are: </strong><p><br></p><ul><li>3 years experience working as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in software development projects.</li><li>Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification is highly desirable.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of Scrum principles, practices, and frameworks, with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies.</li><li>Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.</li><li>Ability to empower and motivate team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results.</li><li>Proficient in using Agile tools and software, such as Jira or any related tools. </li><li>Familiarity with software development practices and tools is a plus.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>What We Offer:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Competitive Salary: Our salary formula adjusts to your cost of living and experience.</li><li>Work remotely: Live and work wherever you like!</li><li>Flexible working hours: You have the autonomy to set your own schedule</li><li>Retreats: We meet in person for company get-togethers.</li><li>Professional Career: Growth, trainings, and learning opportunity </li></ul><p><br></p>If you think you are a good fit to join our Technology Department, please apply on this side bar and give specific reasons what sets you apart.
