Job Description
<p>Cnexia Team is looking for a <strong> Scrum Master </strong>to<strong> </strong>support the work of the team and monitor their performance .</p><p>The role of the PM/ SM is to plan, implement and finalize projects according to scope, timeline and budget. This includes advising resources in a matrixed organization and coordinating the efforts of team members to ensure the timely delivery of projects to plan.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>You will have an opportunity to… </strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Lead Scrum Teams, ensuring timely delivery of features within budget and quality to achieve customer satisfaction.</li><li>Participate in Scrum of Scrum meetings to ensure cross-team collaboration and coordination of release plans and integration of testing activities.</li><li>Protect scrum team from outside distractions, impediments or team conflicts, and maintain focus on product backlog and project timeline.</li><li>Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external collaborators</li><li>Regularly supervise and control the metrics to meet project/product goals</li><li>Coaching, mentoring, and encouraging the culture of visibility, continuous improvement, and self-organizing within the team.</li><li>Identify and control project risks by means of prevention, mitigation and contingencies.</li><li>Coach a continuous improvement mindset and recommend adjustments to established delivery practices.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>You will be a great fit on our team if :</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Master Degree in Software/ Computer Engineering <strong>(Bac+5)</strong></li><li>You have 3-5 years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of Responsibilities and Required Knowledge as presented above.</li><li>Experience with hardware development projects.</li><li>Must have a technical Project Management backgroud.</li><li>Experience working with or in Agile teams and understanding of Agile practices.</li><li>Serving as scrum master for agile development teams.</li><li>Consistent track record of completing projects on time, on budget, and satisfying all performance/quality requirements.</li><li>Excellent analytical skills.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Excellent presentation skills.</li><li>Understanding of the Product Lifecycle including Agile development with hardware and software integration.</li></ul>
